2. Items Not Eligible for Return: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Intimate apparel, including swimwear and lingerie (for hygienic reasons).
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
• Personalized or custom-made items.

3. Initiation of Return or Exchange: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product received.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Malak's Boutique is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

5. Refund Process:

• Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchange Process:

• If you opt for an exchange, we will process the exchange upon receiving the returned item(s) and completing the necessary inspection.
• If the new item costs more than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the new item costs less, we will refund the price difference.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
• We will arrange for the return shipping and provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.

8. International Returns:

• For international returns, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes incurred during the return process.
